We have found that when you combine experience, talent, passion and freedom the byproduct is worth it's weight in gold. Our CPAs work because they want to, how they want to and they have a natural curiousity that drives them to solve problems. This translates into value for our clients. Your talent and skill are rewarded monetarily. We value our staff based on their quality of work, not how often you are in the office punching the clock. We do everything in our power to support our staff, making efficiency and quality core elements in our office.

Our tech is amazing....we invest in technology becasue it allows us to be efficient.

Our office or yours....you choose to work from our office, a client site or from your own off site office/home office

Tiffany Frohling, CPA
Tiffany Frohling, CPA - Wakeboarding

I recently read an article in the Journal of Accountancy, titled, "Millennial women - How to woo a new generation of employees". It was actually the woman featured in the article that was showcased on the cover of the magazine that month. As I read it I was shocked. I wasn't shocked because I didn't know that working "part-time" at most CPA Firms is a joke, as you're really working 30 hours instead of 60 hours per week, but because it became apparent to me that this fact is so ingrained in the profession that no one bats an eye when the reality of it is splashed across the pages of our professional journal. It was as if no one was even remotely embarrassed that a female CPA was excited that she was able to continue to work part-time, at a regional CPA Firm, after the birth of her child. Let's not get started on the fact that she openly acknowledged that due to her decision to have a child and work less than full time, she fully understood that she would no longer advance in her career.  At that point I actually flipped back to the cover to check the date of publication, which was unfortunately July 2015 not 1995.  There is no reason that, in today's environment, a female CPA should be showcased on the cover of the Journal of Accountancy because she was able to have a child and still work part-time at a mid-sized CPA Firm, accepting that her career was crippled by her decision to be more than just a CPA. Gender aside, if you're talented and passionate about your work, why would you stop progressing in your career simply because you're not doing it "full-time". Does a talented painter fail to receive credit for their masterpiece simply because it was the only painting he or she produced in a year? Of course their talent and skill is recognized as long as they still continue to produce. They aren't penalized for taking a year off to experience life or for spending 3 days a week working from home instead of reporting to an office 5 days a week, punching a clock.

Many people would agree that talent grows as one's life experiences expand. Imagine what a talented CPA with a passion for what they do could accomplish, create or design if we stopped locking them in a box? I know what they can do because I have seen it; I am a product of combining talent, unending curiosity for knowledge, and the freedom to let that curiosity flourish and I've cultivated that culture in my Firm."

- TALENT thrives when you let people be who they are, unapologetically

- "As an alumni of ERNST & YOUNG LP, I know what it is like to work at a Big Four CPA Firm. I loved it. That said, I eventually wanted more. I have built FROHLING & ASSOCIATES, PLLC to give professionals, just like me, the opportunity to do what they love on their own terms and continue to advance in their careers. No more tug of war between your life and your employer. Many professionals eventually start a family or simply realize that they aren't JUST a CPA.
